Choosing a niche to make money isn't easy. There are many products to choose from and you must choose one that has some demand. This is not an easy step, but with some research you can identify what's in demand and what's not. This process becomes even trickier now because of the economic slowdown.

So what should you choose? It's obvious that big ticket items will produce a higher income, but will you have sales on a regular basis or once in a while? That answer relies within the related commission. For example, it's better to earn $100 every five days then to earn $10 every day OR earn $50 every five days vs $15 every day. You have to go with what will result in a higher return.

For my seasonal niche store, I went with buy navs, mainly because it makes a good gift for a loved one, specially for the elderly. It's a gadget and everyone will eventually have one. Within the next five years, this will become a standard item on all cars.

The product you choose will play a key role in bringing people to your site because that's your main attraction. Though it's important to note that most of the products sold within a niche store are typically unrelated. Some will argue that it's more important to get a click-thru from your site.

What's Craygo?

If you have any knowledge of Craigslist, you'll know how powerful it is and can be for anyone, particularly your business. Craigslist is the largest and most visited site for classified ads. (1) Do your research.
Look at websites like GasNearU to determine the stations that have the lowest gas prices in your local area.

(2) Plan ahead.
Before stepping out of the house, make a list of all the errands that you need to run. Then map out your tasks by determining what's nearby or on your way and plan the most gas efficient route.

(3) Stay on schedule, be on time.

(4) Purge to remove excess weight.

(5) Purchase a fuel efficient vehicle. You can start by a visit to Hotsellingcars.com and search for Hybrid or other high miles per gallon cars.

(6) Consider even a smaller vehicle and get yourself a motorcycle.
